Respiratory Care Practitioner, PRN position available in our Respiratory Therapy department for Day/PM shifts.  Must have current WI license and BLS certification. 

Housekeeping/Security, temporary position available for PM, Night and weekend shifts.  Duties include providing security and cleaning of facility and grounds.

UR/Risk/Quality Coordinator, full time position available to perform Utilization Review practices in accordance with state and federal mandated regulations.  Personal qualities that are desirable are strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, analytical, organized, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly analyze and interpret information and make clear decisive decision.  At least three years of hospital experience or a combination of clinical experience, training or work experience.  Benefit package available.

Polysomnographer/Sleep Technologist,  part time position available in our new sleep lab.  Prefer candidate to be a certified Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent.

Certified Medical Assistant, full time position available at our outreach clinic, Delton Family Medical Center.  Duties include rooming patients, assisting with procedures, injections/immunizations, phlebotomy, utilizing EHR for documentation, answering phones and more.  Candidate must be a Certified Medical Assistant.  Bilingual skills are preferred.  Benefit package available.

Registered Nurse, part time position available at our Fair View Nursing Home to work 60 hours per pay period.  Benefit package available.

Behavior Health Therapist, full time position available in our Social Services department.  Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a minimum five years of experience, along with past experience in a medical model.  Benefit package available.

HVAC Technician, full time position available in our Environmental Services department.  Must have both state and federal refrigerant licenses, along with extensive knowledge and experience troubleshooting both Liebert and Trane commercial and residential HVAC units.  Clean driving record required.  Benefit package available.

Massage Therapist, part time position available in our Rehab Services department.  Minimum of 1 year experience and a valid Wisconsin license are required. 

Certified Nursing Assistant positions:

Ø  Part time position available in our Hess Home Health department to provide care to patients in the Mauston, Elroy, Camp Douglas, New Lisbon, Necedah, Adams and Tomah areas.  Home Health experience preferred.  Applicant must have current state of WI Aide Certification, CPR certification, dependable car and proof of car insurance coverage.

Ø  Full time and part time positions at Crest View Nursing Home for Day, PM and Night shifts.

Ø  Registered Nurse, part time position. 

Ø  Resident Care Coordinators, two full time positions available at Crest View Nursing Home.  Registered Nurse licensure required.  MDS experience preferred.  This position is for Monday – Friday with rotating call, and occasional weekends as needed.  Benefit package available.
