Fair View Nursing Home is dedicated to serving the social, spiritual, emotional and physical need of all residents.  Our physicians are available for consultations 24 hours per day.  Our nursing staff provides Intensive Skilled and Skilled Care around the clock under professional nursing supervision.  Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are among the specialty services designed to meet the particular needs of our nursing home residents.  A registered dietitian also monitors the nutritional status of all residents.  Our Activity Department schedules crafts, parties, picnics and entertainment of all types for our residents.

To serve For your  long-term nursing or skilled rehabilitative needs:

Fair View Nursing Home was built in 1980, and is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is licensed by Medicare and Medicaid and dedicated to serving all the needs of its residents.  Our comfortable rooms include bay windows and hookups for cable TV and telephone service.

Nutritious foods are served at every meal.  Specials diets, as prescribed by the resident's personal physician, are planned and prepared under direction of a Registered Dietician.

The active life at Fair View Nursing Home includes enjoyment of concert, movies, bingo, parties, games, exercise, discussion groups theme day, special meals and outing for those who are able.  Church services are conducted weekly.  Beauty and barber services are available on Wednesday through Friday.

Social Services are provided by Licensed Social Workers to meet each resident’s individual emotional, psycho-social and personal needs. Services include:

·   Counseling for resident & family members to facilitate adjustment to nursing home placement & illness.

·  Information and referral on financial resources.

·  Information on and referral to community services available to the resident.

·  Advocating on behalf of resident to ensure that Resident’s rights are respected.

·  Assistance with completing Advance Medical Directives.
