Crest View earns Excellence in Action award Mile Bluff’s Crest View Nursing Home in New Lisbon is one of only 19 nursing homes in the state to be honored with the 2007 Excellence in Action award. It is presented by My InnerView, an independent research firm, and recognizes nursing homes that achieve high levels of excellence in facility quality by having overall resident and family satisfaction levels that fall within the top 10 percent of the national database. Last year was the first year Crest View had been involved in the satisfaction survey project with My InnerView, and staff members are very pleased to be recognized for their efforts in creating a homelike environment for residents. This award is truly special because it is given based upon the satisfaction of the residents and their families. To celebrate this major accomplishment, Crest View held a celebration in honor of its staff. Everyone was invited to enjoy lunch and cake, and check out the award that was earned by the team’s hard work and dedication to the residents served at Crest View. Mile Bluff’s Crest View Nursing Home is made up of a 60-bed skilled nursing facility and a 12-bed assisted living center specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. The staff is comprised of over 100 employees who make it their mission to place the residents they serve as their number one priority. Crest View is proud to be a true ‘home’ for the people that live within its walls, and the staff will continue to strive for excellence in action. |
