One-on-one Counseling Sessions set up weekly for four weeks to help you stop smoking.  Cost is $28.oo per session.  This is now covered by Medicare Part B.

Group Cessation Classes meet one hour a week for four weeks.  Classes are offered in February, May, August, and November and by special arrangement for groups of 5 or more.  Cost is $25.00 per person.
