Presentation & Health Fair · Wednesday, November 19 at Hess Memorial Hospital. The health fair will be from 2 to 8 pm and includes nutrition , exercise and foot care booths; diabetes supplies and products; and door prizes and refreshments. The presentation begins at 6:30 pm and is titled “Taking Control” with the A1C Champions. The group of champions will share diabetes self-management and lifestyle tips they’ve learned through training and their own personal experiences with diabetes.
