Mile Bluff donates to the Community Sharing Pantry in Mauston

Each quarter, the employees of Mile Bluff Medical Center choose an organization to benefit from their ‘Casual for a Cause’ Fridays.

To generate funds, staff members are invited to wear jeans to work, and contribute a donation toward the initiative. Through the generosity of Mile Bluff's staff, the recent fundraising drive surpassed expectations, and collected over $800.

In April, Mile Bluff seized the opportunity to donate the funds to the Community Sharing Pantry in Mauston. By providing access to nutritious food, the pantry serves as a lifeline for many individuals and families. “Our community's food pantry plays a crucial role in ensuring access to food, which is fundamental for good health. This contribution is a small but meaningful gesture toward supporting this vital resource,” said Dara Bartels, Mile Bluff’s President and CEO.

Mile Bluff remains dedicated to supporting the community, extending its influence well beyond the boundaries of the medical center.
