It takes a dedicated team to help Mile Bluff Medical Center fulfill its mission. Recently, the organization recognized 99 staff members for reaching milestone years of service—from five years all the way up to an incredible 35 years. Altogether, more than 1,320 years of combined service were celebrated at the annual employee recognition banquet held in September.
The evening began with a prayer, setting a tone of gratitude and reflection. Dara Bartels, President/CEO, followed by acknowledgement and appreciation for Mile Bluff’s board members. She thanked them for their help and support in fostering a positive culture that prioritizes employees.
She continued by expressing her pride in honoring all the employees that were being celebrated. Among those recognized were Lisa Nuttall and Barb Weiland, each commended for an outstanding 35 years of service. As Bartels called employees to the stage to receive their pins, she shared heartfelt words about the impact and contributions they bring to the organization. She noted that their dedication stands as a testament to the strength and commitment of the Mile Bluff team.
The evening concluded with a message of appreciation from Bartels, who thanked everyone for being an integral part of Mile Bluff’s success. “It’s truly amazing to see loyalty like this,” she said. “Thank you once again for your dedication and the lasting impact you are making on the well-being of the community.”
