About Angela
To Dr. Gatzke, each patient is an individual. There are many facets of a patient's life that contribute to his or her health. Doctor Gatzke truly enjoys digging into those things to determine what makes patients healthy or not healthy. That includes getting to know not only the patient, but their family as well.
The most rewarding thing Dr. Gatzke gets to do as a provider is to take care of an entire family - from grandkids all the way to the great-grandparents of those children. The ability to see how that family dynamic can influence someone’s health is one of the best parts of her job.
In addition to providing care for patients, Dr. Gatzke is the Chief Medical Officer at Mile Bluff.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gatzke enjoys spending time with her family. As an avid swimmer, Dr. Gatzke also enjoys being active both indoors and outdoors. Growing up, Dr. Gatzke often participated in the Badger State Winter Games and medaled in snow shoeing.
Doctor Gatzke has worked to establish a medication assisted treatment program for patients with substance abuse issues, specifically opioids. She also serves on many community health groups including the Substance Abuse Free Environment (SAFE) Coalition.
