Cathy Kidd, PA-C
About Cathy
Wanting to connect with patients, Cathy Kidd, PA-C became a physician assistant after working in the medical research industry. She chose to specialize in family practice because of the opportunity to build relationships with the patients as well as the opportunity to provide a variety of services.
As a breast cancer survivor, Cathy is an advocate for preventative medicine. She encourages all her patients to come in for yearly check-ups and to undergo yearly screenings, like mammograms, PAP tests, and bone density scans.
Cathy also wants patients to be advocates for their own health. Giving patients the information she knows on a level they can understand, Cathy encourages patients to research and learn more about any condition they are dealing with.
At home, Cathy can be found riding horses and gardening on her family’s farmette. She also enjoys coaching the local high school equestrian team.
