About Natalia
Originally from Poland, Dr. Stasior moved to the United States at a young age and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Her early experiences with limited access to healthcare inspired her to pursue a career in medicine, with a passion for helping others who face similar challenges.
Dr. Stasior values building rapport with her patients, even in the fast-paced, time-sensitive environment of the emergency room. While emergency care often doesn't allow for long interactions, she strives to understand her patients' stories and ensure they feel heard and connected. Her approach is focused on being present, assessing symptoms carefully, and working with her team to provide the best care possible in critical situations.
With a special interest in critical care, Dr. Stasior excels in time-sensitive situations, making quick decisions to rule out serious conditions and ensure patients get the care they need. She emphasizes communication with patients, nurses, and colleagues to ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the care process.
Outside of work, Dr. Stasior enjoys spending time with her family and loves outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, and kayaking. She also enjoys vacationing and shopping in her free time.
Dr. Stasior is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in the emergency department and strives to make every patient feel valued and understood.
