Construction Update
In November 2022, Mile Bluff purchased the former Shopko building in Mauston. Now referred to as the "Gateway Center," it provides more that 26,000 square feet of space that will serve as the new home for Mile Bluff's Mauston dialysis unit, urgent care, and Mile Bluff Pharmacy.
December Progress:
Crews on site: Market & Johnson, Kish Electric, Winona Controls, Wisconsin Solar Design, Poellinger Inc., Gegare Tile Inc., Midwest Fluid Balancing
- Installation of dividers on pharmacy reception counter
- Installation of emergency power to treatment areas
- Start air handler
- Install carpet in pharmacy reception area
- Replacement of parking lot light pole heads
- Install walk-off carpet in vestibules
- Finish wiring generator
- Installation of translucent panels on main canopy
- Fill and flush snow melt system
- Install lineal metal ceilings

$17 million project.
