Diagnostic hearing evaluations are covered by most insurance companies, including Medicare, with a written referral from your healthcare provider. While hearing aids are not covered by Medicare, Wisconsin Medicaid recipients generally have hearing aid coverage. Some commercial insurance companies (ex. Quartz, Dean, GHC) generally provide some hearing aid coverage as well. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, our team can help answer them.
