Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Crest View houses 60 residents, and offers private rooms, L-shaped double rooms,
and double rooms with private living quarters and a common bathroom. The
facility has a special wing devoted to caring for those with Alzheimer's
and dementia.

Fair View is a 60-bed hospital-based skilled nursing facility. Residents have immediate
